PimScore is a Product Information Management (PIM) solution we developed for the Score Media Group that automates the process of distributing, capturing responses, and generating reports for the surveys they send to their network.

To ensure the accuracy of their product data, Score Media Group regularly conducts customer surveys across its partner network. These surveys track product properties that can change over time, for example, the print run of a newspaper may increase if its popularity grows. For the business, only the most up-to-date property values are relevant.
We developed PimScore, a web application that automates the entire survey process, from distributing surveys to collecting responses and generating reports. The system ensures that the right people in the network receive the correct surveys and automatically aggregates the results to deliver comprehensive reports to the team.
It resolves conflicts automatically, for example, suppose two respondents gave different answers to the same question. In that case, it will save both and display the latest in the reports, a process that previously involved time-consuming manual verification in Excel spreadsheets. All product data is then synced to Salesforce so that Score Media Group’s internal teams can easily access that data directly from Salesforce.
Beyond simply automating the process, PimScore significantly reduced manual effort, improved data integrity, and provided teams across the company with fast, reliable access to up-to-date information, without increasing operating costs or requiring additional licenses.
Since delivery, we’ve continued to enhance PimScore, adding new features and improvements in close collaboration with the Score Media Group.
One of the most interesting challenges in this project was handling the large volume of survey data across more than 420 newspapers. Each newspaper had multiple properties to track, which meant dealing with a huge number of input fields.
Simply putting all the fields on one screen would have slowed browsers to a crawl, but splitting them across multiple pages would have made the navigation cumbersome and disrupted the natural workflow.
We developed a smart input system that strikes the perfect balance: it keeps the interface fast and responsive while making it easy for users to enter large amounts of data without feeling lost or overwhelmed. The result is a system that can handle complex datasets quickly, intuitively, and without performance issues, something we’re proud of.
